A bit about me
I'm Gems, a 15-year-old Minecraft player who genuinely enjoys being a staff member in the community. My main work is in moderator positions, but I thrive in higher roles when given the chance.
When I take on a project I commit fully to it. If you hire me, you get my devotion to your server. I'm strong at communication, a quick learner, and comfortable working with anyone in any position.
Why should you hire me?
I genuinely enjoy helping people and being part of a positive community. I'm easy to talk to and communicate clearly, even under pressure. If there's a conflict I stay calm and focus on fixing the issue. I care about being fair and consistent, without favoritism or abusing staff permissions.
I'm reliable -- if I say I'll do something I stick to it. I pick up new commands and systems quickly and work well with other staff. Most of all, I enjoy helping players, answering questions, welcoming new members, and making sure everyone has a good time.
